I would like to request a copy of the House of Representatives Journal and Congressional Record on the following dates:

1. 13 November 2000 and
2. 24 January 2001.

Sadly, the House Journal and Congressional Record of the 11th Congress are no longer available on the internet. I am requesting this in relation to my case study about the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
