Hi! I would like to request a certified true copy of Deed of Absolute Sale for the strong evidence of ownership. The said Deed of Absolute Sale is notarized by Circuit Judge Pedro E. Espiritu, on this date June 19, 1979. Whom buyers are Roman Lustado and Rosa Lustado and the seller is Andrea Sta. Cruz. 

In this regard, highly appreciated for the respond on this matter.
