As I have read from PSA's website, birth certificates of people born pre-war period (1945-below) are to be requested from the National Archives of the Philippines. This is to request a copy of my grandmother's birth certificate. Her name is [REDACTED][NAME]. She was born in Manila on [REDACTED][BIRTHDATE]. Her mother's name was Marta Ocampo and her father's name was [REDACTED][NAME]
