Good day. We would like to request for a copy of the Decision in Civil Case No. 311 of the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte. Upon our request tothe RTC of Laoag City, we were informed that they cannot provide for the same as it cannot be found despite diligent search. As per the RTC, it was probably destroyed due to the fire that razed the City Hall on 13 May 2010.
