Good day! I would like to request a a copy of Torrence title under the name of Alberta Baquiran/ Florencio Fabroa, originally transferred to Magdalena Fabroa in 1962. It will be used to settle issues among family members/ heirs and other claimants. This has been a generational problem and we wish to settle or end it during our lifetime.
