Hi! I would like to request for the certified true copy of Deed of Absolute Sale  from office of the National Archive notarized last Feb 27,2002 under Atty. Vicente de Asis of Iloilo. Buyer Eduardo Telesforo and seller Delicia Pinuela. This will be used in BIR for the issuance of eCAR.
