Magandang hapon po. Nais ko po sanang humingi ng copya ng birth certificate ng aking lola. Ang maiden name po nya ay Victoria Carpio Santos. Born on Nov. 17 i dont know the year. Ang tatay ko po kasi ay ipinanganak ng 1946. Her mother’s name is Fotunata Carpio and her fathers name is Valentin Santos. This request is being used to secure the tax declaration as a requirement in reconnection of Meralco Meter. Sana po ay matulungan nyo ako. Salamat po
