Hi ! I would like to request a birth certificate of my father named Manuel Reyes de Leon Jr. born on 11/28/1939 at Hulo, Mandaluyong City and my mother-in-law named Brigida Reyes Salvador born on 09/20/1941 at Camiling, Tarlac.
There's another info on my fathers birth certificate , he told me the real birth date of Manuel Reyes de Leon Jr was on 12/20/1939 in Hulo, Mandaluyong City. Can you please check both dates.

I would like to know, if it is possible to get a copy of Father's Birth Certificate, including my Mother in-law's Birth. And how does it work? Will you send it via Shipping?
