Hi! I would like to request for a Certified true copy of Deed of Donation notarized by Atty. Crispulo B. Ducusin in the period of August 10, 1989 or September 06, 1989. This pertains to a parcel of land situated in the City of Manila, within Tondo Foreshore Project of the National Housing Authority described as SB3, BLK B, SB6, Lot 3, Area III donated to LEONILA DIGNOS RAGUINE.
