       Certified xerox copy of Absolute Deed of Sale, executed by Cornelia Basilio covering a portion of Residential lot with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-44547 issued in the name of Cornelia Basilio dated October 15, 1991, notarized by Atty. Bonifacio R. Marañon, under Doc.#1691; Page #340; Book # IV; Series of 1991, in favor Sps. Teodoro R. Martinez and Veneranda C. Martinez, Notary Public to the Bureau of Archives ( National Library) in 1991.
