I would respectfully inform you that my name is Zerina Mae M. Ragot, and I am the granddaughter of Lina Jeremias Ragot, who asked me to write this request.

Respected, I am writing this letter to request that you kindly issue a duplicate copy of the Deed of Sale of Lina Jeremias Ragot. The land area that is stated in the deed of sale is located in Barangay Tigbao Aroroy, Masbate. Lina Jeremias Ragot bought the property from the previous owner, Hipolito Nuñez.
