Erodias 01:14 PM, Sep 28, 2020

Good day,

I am Klaryss Erodias and currently a 4th year student from University of Batangas College of Law, I would like to request for the Deliberations or Minutes of the Family Code Committee in enacting Family Code of the Philippines due to my thesis entitled: "Contract of Surrogacy: Its Effect on Filiation in connection with Artificial Insemination under Par. 2 of Article 164 of the Family Code". The said deliberations or minutes would give light and help me in my research as the intent of the committee for enactment of Article 164 would be known.

Thank you!
