Hi! I would like to request the marriage certificate of Eugenio Patacsil Madayag and Rufina Mendoza Laguerta dated June 22, 1938 in Manaoag, Pangasinan. As well as their parents and grand parents and their families which is unknown to us. Hope that NAP can help us with this matter. Thank you.
