Good day! We are from the Technological Institute of the Philippines - Quezon City, fourth-year students taking Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE). Please accept this letter of inquiry in which we ask permission to acquire information on the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) to complete our capstone design. This structure is located at PICC Complex, Pasay, Metro Manila
We request access to the most recent data of the following:
1. As-built Structural Plan
2.  Architectural Plan
3. Geotechnical Report
4. Structure's History Data
