Hi, 
I would like to request for my grandmother's birth certificate. We already requested one through PSA but it says "No record on File". They directed me to the National Archive of the Philippines.

May I request for the Birth Certificate of ;
Ines Baeta Gonowon, born on January 17, 1933, daughter of Elpidio Allano Gonowon and Eutiqia Barayuga Baeta
