Hi, i would like to write request Birth Certificate of My Grandmother MARIA BERNABE or any records that indicate of her parents name 

Father Name: Marciano Bautista
Mother Name: Severa Bernabe

she was born 1928 pre war i already check in church but didnt have any records left due to burn on pre-war , and i already check in PSA but didnt have registered and no record that im looking for, i would like to request if have any records of documents that proof of that have relative of my grandmother MARIA BERNABE or parents child name
