Good afternoon!

I am a BS Economics student from UP Los Banos conducting a study on local government units. With that being said, I would like to request fiscal data of every municipality and city from fiscal years 1980-1991. I already contacted the Philippine Statistical Authority and the Bureau of Local Government Finance regarding this matter but they said they do not have the data I need. If you do not have it as well, please let me know what agency should I contact. Thank you!
