I would like to request data on the plenary interpellation of the E.O. 209 or better known as the Family Code of the Philippines. 

At present, I am writing a thesis on certain provisions of the Family Code and it would greatly benefit my study if I obtain information regarding the legislative intent behind Articles 96, 124, 211, and 225.
