Good day!

 I was informed that some of the notarized documents are already under the custody of Hall of Justice Quimonda Bldg. i have requested a notarized documents there on years 1992 and 1993 but was informed that there was no record on file on their end. Hence, I would like to inquire on the year coverage/range of the notarized documents that are available in National Archives Cebu?

Kindly note that the earliest notarial record in our NAP Cebu branch dates back to 1936, while the latest is from 1991. Refer to the attached files for further details regarding your FOI request.
