Hi,
We need the birth certificates of our uncler.  Per PSA, the only documents they have are from 1945 to the current year.  PSA directed me to National Archives of the Philippines.

May I request if you have birth of our uncle below?

--> Gregorio Aquino Soliveres = birth: Nov 2, 1936
                                                   place of birth: san andres, catanduanes
