Looking for baptismal & birth certicate of German Rous estimated birth year 1878. He used to lived in Manaoag, Pangasinan. Died on 6 Sep 1916. He has a wife name Rufina Velasquez. He changed his surname around 1914 as Roux. All his descendant has Roux surname now. I think his father Pedro Rous who became Pedro Roux & his mother Agustina  were not married. Don't know exact bday just estimated birth year. It seems he was an illegitimate child of Pedro Rous or Roux to Agustina Baniqued or (Agustina Abalos from his grandson, Eulalio  baptismal record on 25 March 1908 same town Manaoag, Pangasinan)
