I am one of the grand kids of my late grandfather. He didn't have the chance to transfer the title to us. I would like to ask for his last will and testament. 

My grandfather's name is ANDRES TANTAN, husband of ISABEL TANTAN.

Our address is Brgy. Sudlon, Molave Zamboanga del Sur. Our Zip Code is 7023.
