Hi!

I would like to request for the records of the following like birth date, date of marriage, date of death:

Bernabe Peñamante de Leon
Bonifacia Ungriano Tena

*Their place of marriage and place of birth is Infanta, Quezon.

*The former died in Infanta, Quezon in 1991 while the latter died in a hospital in Quezon City around 1980 to 1982.

Please let me know what else is needed to retrieve their information.
