Hi! 

I would like to request for an original copy of notarial record of Special power of attorney notarized by the late Atty. Teresito L. Rosanes executed in Alfonso, Cavite dated December 28, 2017 under DOC NO. 449; PAGE NO. 91; BOOK NO. LXXXI Series of 2017. 

This request is for the purpose of BIR filing requirement of the purchased portion of land from Jaime E. Mojica and represented by Grace M.Ferolino as his Atty. In-fact. 

I have tried visiting the website of National Archives of the Philippines, unfortunately it is unaccessible due to 403 error.
