Good day,

I would like to request for a Two (2)  Certified True Copies of the Deed of Absolute Sale between Montalban Real Estate Development Corporation and Julie Ann T. Espares.  Executed sometime March 1,2018 to March 20, 2018, bearing BIR stamp at the back of the document.   And was issued the eCAR No. C-2018-045-058418-M at BIR Marikina on May 21,2018.  The purpose of this request is for the re-issuance of expired eCAR in favor of Ms. Espares.  Thank you
