Hi National Archives,

I would like to kindly request a certification of notarial records for the Last Will and Testament of Agustin Gil that was duly executed and notarized on December 31, 1976 by Atty Jose Torres Tan Jr. - Notary Public with PTR No. 63570.  

The above stated document was notarized at the City of Manila with Doc No. 128, Page No. 27, Book II Series of 1976. The certification by your good office shall be used solely for reference purposes with regards to the authenticity of the document. I look forward to your most favorable response and assistance about the matter.
