Good am mam and sir. I write this letter  to request a copy of a deed of donation  notarized by notary public Bienvenido Eugenio under Doc 306, page 63, book no 1, series of 1972 notarized at Tacurong on October  31, 1972.

I am willing to pay necessary fees re: certified true copies thereof.
