Microfilm of the Approved Survey map plan PSD 19306 Lot 512 , 526  Of Actual occupants approved signed by Jose P. Dans,  Directors of lands manila , survey by Macario panumcialman , survey August 5-6 , 1940 aprroved  Sept 22, 1941.
