I would like to have a certification who is a declared name of an homestead application#: 204807 with an  homestead Patent # 48276 of lot 492 Cad 162 Nasipit Agusan del Norte. Which we can reconstitute this patent through court proceeding and transfer to our grandfather name in a way of deed of sale stated in the year of 1949.
