Hi. I would like to request for a Certification of Notarization on the Deed of Sale executed between Constantino Navat and Seferina N. Prado and my parents Robert V. Lastimosa and Remia Fe O. Lastimosa, executed last November 2005 notarized by Atty. Ildefonso M. Rodrigo at Alaminos Pangasinan.

We have requested for the certified true copy of the said document at the Office of the Clerk of Court Alaminos, but they issued a certification stating that the said document was not included on the file submitted by Atty. Rodrigo for year 2005.
