No. 540, page 55, Book II, s. of 1993 of Not. Pub. for Pasig, M.M., Antonio B. Abad.  Date of instrument:  Feb. 17, 1993.  Date of inscription:  March 10, 1993 at 9:45 a.m.

Recent search at the RoD in Rizal yielded negative results.
