I would like to request for a Certified True Copy of Deed of Donation notarized by Atty. Edmundo S. Cari-an in the period of October 2010 at Olongapo City, Philippines. In which a parcel of land (Lot No. 4 of the cons. and subd. plan Pcs-03-002169, being a portion of the consolidated Lots 2115, to lot 2120, Psd-78000, L.R.C. Rec. No.) situated in Brgy. of Magsaysay, Municipality of Dinalupihan, Province of Bataan, an area of 157 square meters donated by SPS. Barbara T. Valdez & Victor B. Valdez
