I would like to request for a digital copy of the Deed of Sale for the land that my parents purchased in 1992. Below are the details:
1. For TCT no.: T-86506
2. Owners: Gaudencio Sanggalang and Celia Cosme Sanggalang
3. Registry of Deeds of Calapan, Mindoro Oriental
4. It is an agricultural land located in Tabinay, Malaki, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, with an area of 2,555 sq. meters.
5. Surveyed in Feb. 1996; TCT was approved in Aug. 1996.
6. Reason for the request: For legal purposes.
