Hi, i would like to request a certified true copy of the Notarize extra judicial settlement with sale. Its under Atty. Rolleto T. Arce of manila. Document number 395,page number 80, book number IV series of 1997. Buyer is Enrico R. Lingad, sellers are Zenaida Bagang Natividad Bagang Leonida Bagang Lazaro Bagang and Reynaldo Bagang. This is for Land Transfer purpose.
