I would like to inquire about the Legal Basis of the Creation of the LGU (Republic Act/Ordinance/Charter) of the Local Government Unit of Dimasalang, Masbate of one of the requirements of the Electronic Business Permits and Licensing System (E-BPLS) Software QR Coded Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from Department of information and Communications Technology (DICT).

* to submit documentary requirements for the adoption of eBPLS.
