I would like to request for a certified true  copy of the deed of sale of parties: Rogelio B Ong Yiu  as the seller and Maria  Teresa Digal Calo as the seller. For the parcel of land lot 412-A-1-B-3-C being a portion of lot 412-A-1-B-3, psd-10-002189, situated at the City of Butuan, Island of Mindanao.
