Hello! I would like to request a copy of the Deed of Definite Sale executed last 1974 by Dominga De Mueño, transferring a portion of Assessor's Lot No. 6 located at Naulid, Miag-ao, Iloilo to one Zorayda Lamberto Araneta. This document was notarized by Atty. Cirilo Gelvezon. My client was informed by the Municipal Assessor's Office of Miag-ao, Iloilo that such Deed of Definite Sale is not in the records of their office. Thank you!
