Good day, i would like to request a Certification in behalf of my mother, Zona Red Millare. She was born on Nov. 21, 1942 in OAS Albay. Her father , Cristobal Millare Sr. was already deceased and her mother, Dolores Red was already deceased when she was about 4yrs old. There was no available information about the birth of my mother in Philippine Statistics Authority. Thank you.
