May I request a Certified true copy on the records of proceedings as mentioned by LRA, QC below for Lot No. 4003, Cad 263, BL Case No. 2 of Bulan Cadastre located in San Francisco, Bulan, Sorsogon. Important data needed: Name of the land owner. 
As per Certification of LRA, Quezon City dated 5-25-2017, "Said Lot No. 4003 is subject of Cadastral Land Registration proceedings under Cad Case No. 15, LRC Cad Record No. 1641. But the status of said lot cannot be ascertained because the "Record Book of Cadastral Lots" wherein said lot supposed to appear is either lost or destroyed during the war".
