Greetings,

May I ask for your kind assistance to check if you have the record of the birth certificate of my father because as per PSA, the only documents they have are from 1945 to the current year. PSA directed me to National Archives of the Philippines for records of birth certificates before 1945.

May I request if you have the birth certificate of my father, please refer to the details below:
