I would like to request a copy of the COLB of one, ISIDRO GANIR ECHANIQUE born on May 5, 1935 in Barangay Malilitao, Claveria, Cagayan of parents Juana Ganir & Juan Echanique.  I am the MCR of Claveria and I need to find out if he has a birth registration prior to his application for late registration
