I am Robert C. Satorre, the designated Records Officer III (AO V) of the University of Southeastern Philippines in Davao City. I would like to request scanned copy (e-copy) from the original document of the following:

(1) Batas Pambansa Bilang 12 - An Act Establishing the University of Southeastern Philippines (Enacted without executive approval on December 15, 1978).

(2) Batas Pambansa Bilang 87 - An Act Amending Certain Sections of Batas Pambansa Bilang 12 (Approved on October 14, 1980).
