Hi, 

I am a third year law student in Ateneo Law School. I am writing a thesis entitled: "A Proposal to Expand the Definition of a Common Carrier under Article 1732 of the Civil Code to Include Live Animals"

With this, I would like to kindly request for the deliberations in drafting the Civil Code, specifically Article 1732 as well as other provisions governing transportation, such as Articles 1734-1763.
