I would like to have a copy of the certificate title with a  Homestead Patent #34579 of lot located at Barrio Binulasan, Infanta, Quezon. We need this patent to verify the ownership and details of the said title with an OCT No. 540
The Document is officially signed on August 9, 1926 with the following add'l details

1.Homestead Patent  PLS 1052-D
2.from United States of America  under Bureau of Land Manila thru the office of the Register of Deeds for the Province of Tayabas Quezon
3.Bureau of Land No. 124470
 The copy of the Document we have is too blurred and the details are smudged with ink.
