2) DEED OF MORTGAGE executed by Alejo Talapi in favor of Rural Bank of Sta. Maria (Pang.), Inc. DOC NO 990, PAGE NO 98, BOOK IV, SERIES OF 1982 ratified by Atty. Raymundo W. Celino probably in Baguio or Benguet.
We need the orig copy of CERTIFICATIONS whc will be picked up by personnel once available. Thank you
