Response to Request

This is in connection with your request, you can download NAP General Circular No. 1 & 2 on our website (https://nationalarchives.gov.ph/downloads/nap-general-circular-1-2-and-grds/), this includes the General Records Disposition  Schedule which contains the retention period for facilitative or common records. For copy of other agencies Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) kindly send the request to the concerned agency.
