Good day!
As I have been adviced by a person who works in Quezon City Local Civil Registry, one of the requirements needed for me to correct my first name on my birth certificate are the birth certificate of my parents, Lucrecia Anog Lappay and Rodolfo Beroin Enciso which I can get through the national archives.
