Good day! I would like to request the following data on local government budgets and transfers for the years 1988-1991. According to DBM/BLGF, these data are no longer with them and may be with the National Archives. 

Specifically, I am interested in the following for each city/municipality/province for the years 1988-1991: 
a) internal revenue allotment (IRA)
b) financial statement or budget operations statement of LGUs
c) data on land area, population and equal sharing used to compute IRA of LGU. 
*Note: IRA may have been called a different name prior to the passage of Local Govt Code 1991.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have     record on Local Government budgets for the year 1988-1991. You may wish to contact the Department of Budget and Management for any more information regarding this records.
