Hi. I would like to know if there are records about the deed of sale between Maria Villongco and Filomena Obnial. I am processing the land transfer certificates of Filomena Obnial. The BIR are asking for this document to establish the connection on how the land from Quinto, Urbano & Luces, Paula (OCT-16174) was sold to Maria Villongco and then transferred to Filomena Obnial. I can be reached at 0963-889-7814 if you need more info. Thanks
