Good Day, May I request a copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale stated in Tax Delaclaration number 1383 of Lot 895 CAD 755 Mabini Ibaba, Macalelon, Quezon per owner's declaration states "There  exist an absolute deed of sale executed by Hrs. of PERFECTO DE CARDERON in favor of the Municipal Gov't of Macalelon before Notary Public Ex-Office of Macalelon, Quezon as per Reg. Doc.59, Book I, Series of 1949."

And under Assessor's Findings states "A part of this lot is sold to JOSEFA DE CARMONA under Doc  #107, Page 92, Book # I, Series of 1950. Before Notary Public AMADO CARDERON."
